Do you use a planning software to help manage?
Yes, I use That’s the one, I will create your event and invite you as a collaborator as soon as all is confirmed. Timelines, table plans, suppliers are all stored here. We can also create a wedding website for you through it, where your guests can reply to their invites.
Do you charge travel?
No, all my prices are one price, they only change depending on the number of guests as it may mean I need to bring an assistant along. I organise all my travel and sometimes it works within the budget, sometimes it doesn’t, but that is not on you.
Where do you cover?
I’m based in Cornwall, UK, but I will honestly cover wherever in the world you want your wedding to be.
What are your payment terms?
I take a 20% deposit on booking, 40% of the fee 120 days before the event and 40% of the fee 1 month before the event.
Do you have preferred suppliers that you work with? Do we have to use those suppliers?
I work alongside some of the best suppliers in the industry, which means I’m able to recommend the suppliers that I know will be able to bring your ideas to life with passion and dedication. But recommendations are always just that, it’s your wedding and I’m here to bring your ideas and decisions to life. I also love working with new suppliers, especially those that have a similar style and ethos to me.
Are you free to meet up in the evening/weekends?
To keep the answer short, yes. I try to keep my schedule as flexible as possible, although when it comes to the summer, weekends become very booked up! I book my meetings through Calendly, but if you need a different time that isn’t available, please pop me an email and I will try and work it out as best I can.
